This Small Floating Wall Desk Has Matching Shelves

Artist Kasper Eistrup has designed a modern wall desk and matching shelves for Danish manufacturer Sibast Furniture.

The desk, titled ‘XLIBRIS’, was originally inspired by the artist’s own need for a workplace shelf in his atelier and design reflects the artist’s aversion to shelf brackets.

Titled ‘XLIBRIS’, the pieces are made of oak with an oiled or smoked finish, and is distinguished by its 45-degree lines, both the triangular sides of the shelf and the wall-mounted desk and the lines created by the front edge of the board itself
